What is Estimated Time of Arrival and How Does it Work?
ETA is a service that helps connect you quickly with helpful resources, such as individual or family counselling, local supports, healthcare and more. It is also a place where people can have conversations about complex and controversial topics without judgement or reprisal.
You can speak confidentially about anything on your mind with our trained therapists and engagement workers. We will do our best to understand your situation and provide recommendations on next steps.

Is ETA Safe?
You are in control. You can communicate with someone entirely anonymously if you want.
Do we have to meet in person?
No. We can text, talk, live chat or email. You never have to meet us in person if you don’t want to.

Information provided through the website by you that deems to be threats of homicidal ideation, threats toward the organization or endangers public safety could be shared with law enforcement partners as per duty to warn responsibilities with the goal of keeping you and the community safe.
Who will I speak to?
If you choose to engage with services the program offers an interdisciplinary approach consisting of accredited professionals and people with lived experience. Our team is made up of engagement and intervention workers, peer support workers, and mental health therapists.
